Introduction

Welcome to Ballet Bible by Related Code Kft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ballet Bible mobile application ("App").

BY USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DON'T AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.

Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Ballet Bible App. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use this app.
• You can register using an email/password combination or use the App as a guest.
• When registering, you may be asked to provide your full name and email address.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account.
• You agree not to sell, transfer, license, or assign your account or any account rights.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Content and User Conduct

• You are responsible for the content you upload and for any consequence thereof.
• You agree not to use the App for unlawful or harmful activities.

Limitation of Liability

Related Code Kft. is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or other issues that arise from using the App.

Third-Party Services

• The App uses Firebase for user authentication, storing user-entered data, and analytics. Firebase may collect usage data, device information, interaction patterns, and crash reports.
• The App utilizes Google Gemini, a large language model (LLM), to provide enhanced features and personalized responses. Your queries and relevant context may be processed by Google's services in accordance with their privacy standards.
• The App is available via the Apple App Store; Apple's terms and privacy policies apply.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of the App, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, users, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any such changes constitutes agreement to the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
